Just because I am not with you in the gym doesn’t mean I won’t be there to help. If you have any questions you will always be able to contact me. We will have regular video catch-ups and you will have access to an extensive library of exercises.
1-1 Personal Training
1-1 personal training provides you with unique personal 1-1 sessions. In these, we will work together to overcome plateaus and reach your goals. I will conduct an initial analysis taking into account your current health, training and nutrition preferences, injuries and your current lifestyle to build the perfect plan just for you.
I will guide you through your entire program both inside and outside of the gym. Then all we have to do is watch the results come together.
