What personal data we collect and why we collect it
On the website we will collect your name, address, contact phone and email should you make an enquiry. If you become a client using the personal training services we will build up a range of health data for the purposes of providing you with the most appropriate advice and training support.
Contact forms
Personal information provided through the contact form will only be used to communicate with you about the enquiry and subject to your acceptance to send periodic newsletters.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
We will keep your personal contact information for as long as you remain opted in to our marketing and we will keep your sensitive health data for as long as you are an active client engaged in personal training activities. As soon as you are no longer an active client we will securely delete all personal information we hold about you. We will at all times ensure we do not collect any information we do not need and we will only collect, store and use data for the explicit purpose that we obtained it for.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
We will only ever store your data electronically and always within secure cloud hosted encrypted sites. We will not make copies of your data other than for secure backup purposes.
